Commission based pay

Studies show that employees who work for commission stay more motivated to sell than those who work for a bonus. So if you are in the HVAC business, Plumbing industry, do Solar installations or have a team of electricians work for you, why not switch your employees to a commission based pay? They will strive to go above and beyond to get paid as much as they can. It is a great motivation for them and a way to get more closed deals for you. 

Orcatec Software lets you automatically calculate commission pay for your technicians. There are 2 options available: you can choose to pay commission based on gross sales or based on profit made. You are the boss, you get to pick what works best for your company.

Tip: if you are not sure if commission based pay would work for your team, try it on just one employee and see if this brings more profit in and encourages your employee to work efficiently.
