Company Setup - Items (Scope Of Work)

Please note that “Settings” menu is Not Available On Mobile app and must be performed from the browser

 

Select "Items"

 

Select “Scope of work”

 

Select “Add new line”

 

Input your “Scope Of Work” and “Price” text may contain special characters *these fields are required

 

Add up to three attachments

 

Save Line item

 

You can duplicate line items to make small changes

 

Duplicated item will have a numeral added “each item needs to be unique”

 

Make all required changes and click check mark to save

 

You can also “Download Table” to manually input items into spreadsheet 

Click “Download Table”

 

Add line item here with price and upto three attachment links “using Google Sheets as an example”

 

After all line items have been added you can upload your new table

 

All added line items will be available under “Scope of Work” when creating proposal
