Quickbooks integration
How Quickbooks integration works:
It is a 1-way integration of data from Orcatec to Quickbooks Online account.
Orcatec DOES NOT receive any data from Quickbooks.
Orcatec DOES NOT integrate with Quickbooks Desktop at this time.
What information goes to Quickbooks:
From any created projects with “Contract” or “Completed” status we create Invoice in Quickbooks with Invoice # that is the same as Orcatec’s Project # for ease of reference.

1. We upload all Contacts and Properties that are attached to this Project:
2. We upload Total for the project, Balances on the Payment Schedule with due dates and amounts:
